Entries are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, unless stated otherwise in the specific competition terms.
How much does it cost to enter?+
Each competition specifies an entry price per ticket. A free postal entry route is available as detailed in our Terms & Conditions.
How is the winner selected?+
All qualifying entries (those answering the skill-based question correctly) are placed into an independent random draw performed after the competition closes.
When will I know if I've won?+
Winners are contacted by phone and email within 7 days of the draw. Results are then announced on the Winners page with the winner's consent.
How do I claim my prize?+
Winners will be given full details on how to claim their prize. Travel prizes are booked in coordination with the winner subject to availability windows described in each competition.
Is my payment secure?+
Yes. All payments are processed through leading, encrypted payment providers. Card details are never stored on our servers.
Can I get a refund?+
