BZHTRAVEL LTD (company number 17349629, United Kingdom) is the controller of the personal data processed through this website. This policy explains what we process when you browse the store, contact us or place an order.

1. Data we process

Identity and contact details you give us (name, email address, postal address, phone number); order details (products, quantities, amounts in pounds sterling); correspondence you send us; and limited technical data generated by your browser when pages are served, such as the requested page and the type of device.

We do not collect or store card or bank details. Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. / Stripe, Inc., which acts as an independent controller for payment data and processes it for payment execution, fraud prevention and legal obligations under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). We receive only the confirmation of payment, the payment method type, the last four digits of the card and the transaction reference.

2. Why we process it

To answer your messages; to prepare, confirm, deliver and invoice orders; to handle returns, refunds and warranty claims; to keep the accounting records we are required to keep; and to keep the site secure and functioning.

3. Legal bases

Performance of a contract (orders, delivery, after-sales); our legitimate interest (answering enquiries, security of the site, prevention of misuse); compliance with a legal obligation (accounting and tax records); and your consent where consent is required, for example for non-essential cookies or a newsletter.

4. Recipients

Data may be shared with service providers acting on our instructions, such as our website host, our carriers for deliveries and our payment provider Stripe. Providers receive only what they need for their task. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for third-party advertising.

5. Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and a reasonable period afterwards. Order and invoicing records are kept for the period required by the applicable accounting and tax rules. Data that no longer serves a purpose is deleted.

6. Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Requests can be sent to contact@bzhtravelltd.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority competent for your country of residence.

7. Storage in your browser

Your cart and your favourites are stored in your own browser's local storage on your device. They are not transmitted to us, are not linked to any account, and disappear when you clear your browser data.

This policy will be updated whenever our processing changes. Material changes will be announced on this page.
