Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to travel accessories purchased from BZHTRAVEL LTD (company number 17349629, United Kingdom) through this website.

1. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving a reason. To do so, tell us by email at contact@bzhtravelltd.com, quoting your order reference, before the period expires.

2. Condition of returned products

Returned products must be unused, complete with their accessories and documentation, and in their original packaging. You may inspect and try a product as you would in a shop; if you handle it beyond that and its value is reduced, we may deduct a corresponding amount from the refund.

3. Return procedure and costs

We will confirm the return address in our reply so that returns are not sent to the wrong place. Unless the return is due to a fault or an error on our side, the direct cost of returning the products is yours. We recommend a tracked service, as you bear the risk until the parcel reaches us.

4. Refunds

Once the return is received and checked, we refund the price of the returned products and the standard delivery contribution you originally paid. Where you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the standard option only. Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original transaction, without fees for you.

5. Faulty or non-conforming products

Independently of the right of withdrawal, products must conform to their description and be fit for normal use. If a product is faulty or does not conform, contact us with a description and, if possible, photographs. Depending on the case and on the applicable consumer law, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. The costs of a justified return of a faulty product are ours.

6. Exclusions

Products damaged by misuse, accident, unauthorised modification or normal wear are not covered by the withdrawal right or by the guarantee against defects.

7. Refund times and cancellations

Once a return has been received and checked, refunds are issued within 14 days at the latest, through Stripe and back to the card or payment method used for the original order; your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to display the credit. You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched by emailing contact@bzhtravelltd.com, and we will refund the full amount charged.
