Terms & Conditions of Sale
These terms govern the sale of travel accessories through this website by BZHTRAVEL LTD, a limited company registered in the United Kingdom under company number 17349629, registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). They apply to every order placed on this website by a customer ("you").
1. Products
We sell travel accessories only: suitcases, luggage sets, bags and holdalls, pouches and packing organizers, adapters, chargers and power banks, and phone cases. Product photographs, dimensions and weights are given as accurately as possible; minor variations in colour, finish or measurement do not constitute a defect.
2. Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any taxes applicable at the time of display, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Delivery contributions are shown separately in the cart and at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price applicable to an order is the price displayed when the order is confirmed.
3. Orders
An order is a request to purchase. A contract of sale is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of manifest pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailability of the product, or an incomplete delivery address.
4. Availability
Availability shown on the site is indicative and may change between browsing and order confirmation. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will inform you and either cancel the affected item and refund it, or propose an equivalent product for you to accept or decline.
5. Payment and payment security
All payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment service provider. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All charges are made in pounds sterling (GBP) and the total amount, including any delivery contribution, is shown to you before you confirm. Payment is authorised when you place your order and captured when the order is accepted; the descriptor shown on your card or bank statement is BZHTRAVEL LTD. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment page and are never collected, processed or stored on this website. Card payments are subject to Strong Customer Authentication (3-D Secure) where required by your bank. If a payment is declined, no contract of sale is formed.
6. Delivery and transfer of risk
Delivery arrangements are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you when you, or a carrier chosen by you rather than by us, take physical possession of them. Ownership passes on full payment of the price. Please report visible transport damage as soon as reasonably possible so we can pursue the carrier.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, and return the product unused and in its original packaging. The procedure, the cost of the return and the refund method are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. Faulty products and legal guarantees
Products must correspond to their description and be fit for their normal purpose. Where a product is faulty or does not conform, you are entitled to the remedies provided by the applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. These legal rights are not affected by these terms.
9. Intellectual property
The BZHTRAVEL LTD name, the site design, the texts, the product photographs and the other content of this website are protected by intellectual property law and may not be reproduced, extracted or reused for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
10. Liability
We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to perform this contract with reasonable care. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or for loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
11. Personal data and cookies
Personal data provided in connection with an order is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookie Policy.
12. Complaints and applicable law
Complaints should be sent to contact@bzhtravelltd.com and will be answered as quickly as we reasonably can. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
